Preciz Truck Software extremely simple and intuitive desktop application that eases and quicken input/output weighing's in truck scales and other vehicle weighing systems.

Application shows all scale data and offer simple and transparent graphical user interface with which user become instantly familiar at very first use. PTS has three different databases for storing companies, materials and vehicles. For each database, there is automatic statistical function that shows no. of input weighing, sum of input weighing's, no. of output weighing's, sum of output weighing's and difference between sum of output and input weighing's.

Companies database enable entering of:

• company title,
• company address,
• company place (city and country),
• type of company: customer/supplier,
• and link of materials and vehicles

Material database enable entering of:

• material title,
• material code,
• material description.

Vehicle database enable entering of::

• registration plate number,
• vehicle description,
• driver name,
• vehicle tare,
• maximum allowable vehicle weight.

At every company, material or vehicle we can always see no. of input weighing's, sum of input weighing's, no. of output weighing's, sum of output weighing's and difference between output and input weighing's. 

We can see also completed weighing's which we can filter with different criteria's (company, vehicle, material, date, etc).

Access to software is protected with username's and passwords which allows also monitoring who made which weighing

Supported communication types with scales are:

• serials interface - RS232, RS485, USB, Bluetooth
• TCP/IP protocol over Ethernet interface or WI-FI connection

It is possible to define your own protocol with which you define how to extract data from receieved string that scale sends. This allows connection with any scale regardless of manufacturer or scale model. This also means that in case you change your scale you will not have to change your software but only to change protocol. Because of this feature you will not lose any data or having troubles migrating data. Also, there will be no troubles with operator because they will not need to learn working with new program. Off-course features and benefits are the same, if you are not happy with your current software and would like to change just software.

License is connected to your computer. In case of scale change you just need to change protocol!

Application enable two-way communication with scale. You can defined three commands to be sent to scale for instance you can define ZERO command, TARE command etc.

Program offers export of all database - company, material, vehicle and weighing's.

Printing of weighing ticket is supported - it's also supported automatic printing. You can define type of paper A5, A4 with one weighing or A4 with two weighing's on one page to safe the forest. You can set header and fotter and logo of your company.

Preciz Truck Software enables also e-mail sending of weighing's. You just have to enter SMTP parameters of your e-mail server or provider and recipients.

Automatic vehicle weighing with remote control system - NO scale operator needed - PRS433 - solution that saves time & money!

If you make a lot of input/output weighing it is very import to make them as transparent as possible. Company PRECIZ has developed dedicated radio module PRS433 which in connection with PTS provides quick and easy weighing's without need of scale operator. Big advantage of remote control system is also ability to have scale placed anywhere in company. It is not necessary that scale is near entry gate or porter it can be anywhere in the company.

Weighing's are made with transmitters. Transmitters allows direct weighing without need for driver to step out of the vehicle. This way weighing can be made without scale operator. Vehicles are guided with semaphore and/or gates, barriers etc..

Weighing principle is very simple:

1. Vehicle drives to the scale, driver press button on transmitter and on repeater code of transmitter is shown. On semaphore the green light is turned on (in case of gates, gate is lifted) and driver can drive onto scale.

2. When vehicle and first stable weight is detected the red light turns on. While red light is turned on vehicle must be stopped on the scale and we wait for three consequent mesurments. After three identacal measurements are detected in one seconds interval weighing is automatically stored into database.

3. On semaphore green light is turned on. In case of gates, gate is lifted up and driver can drive of the scales.

Remote control system PRS433 significantly speed up vehicle weighing in average weighing takes only 45 second to perform one weighing which means we can make 80 weighing per hour!

Remote control system PRS433 works 24/7 every day in a year.

In case you have regular drivers in company then you can give them transmitter for which you enter data and then they can freely and  independently make weighing. If you have guest then guard at porter when accepting vehicle enter data for a new transmitter and gives the transmitter to hime. When driver make input/output weighing he goes back to porter where he returns transmitter and takes weighing ticket.

We offer also camera support to take photos when weighing is made. We also offer sensor to gurantee that vehicle is fully on scales when weighing is made.

We offer transmitters with different number of buttons. With buttons driver, can select different materials. Materials are linked to buttons when you enter transmitter data in program.

PTS offer also network version. Which means that you can with PTS View view and manage all databases, print copies of weighing tickets, export weighing to Excel (CSV file), monitor weighing's, get weighing data from multiple locations and from multiple computers any time you need it.
