The personal data of our users is one of the areas to which we pay extreme care and attention. We make sure that all requirements are not only met, but, if possible, exceeded, as we are aware of the sensitive nature of this area.
The e-PRECIZ website of PRECIZ d.o.o., which complies with Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1) committed to protecting the personal data of its users.
For the needs of * .preciz.si business, we collect the following user data:
- name and surname,
- address and place of residence,
- email address (your username),
- contact telephone number,
- password in encrypted form,
- and other data that users enter in the forms on the e-PRECIZ websites.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
For security purposes, your IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected. At the beginning of the visit, each user is assigned a session cookie to identify and monitor the shopping cart. E-PRECIZ may also store other cookies on your computer, such as: language (selected language so that it does not need to be selected again when visiting) and Google Analytics cookies (analysis of website visits).
All mentioned data, except cookies, are stored permanently on the PRECIZ server. Session cookies are stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while persistent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer.
The e-PRECIZ administrator may use the data in an anonymised summary form for the purposes of statistical analysis. e-PRECIZ will in no case hand over user data to unauthorized personnel. We will only entrust the user's delivery address to the delivery service (eg. GLS). We will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object to this.
Exceptional disclosure of personal information
The data collected and processed by e-PRECIZ will be disclosed only if such an obligation is stipulated by law, or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state bodies and for the protection and realization of the legitimate interests of e-PRECIZ.
