iDimension® Plus XL is a modular system consisting of a static dimensioning unit and a touch screen indicator, ideal for integrating the volume reading of parcels, cartons and envelopes into pre-shipment handling and sorting machines or lines, or for incoming checks.

The iDimension® Plus XL can measure any package or item, even unpackaged, in less than a second, displaying the data and images on the 7 inch touch screen display and sharing them in real time with the company's computer system. With iDimension® Plus XL the operator always has the situation under control.

• iDimension® Plus XL combines the highest quality 3D imaging technologies with specific algorithms specially developed by Rice Lake to quickly and accurately read the dimensions of any object, even irregularly shaped ones.

• This feature makes iDimension® Plus XL the fastest static dimensioning system in its class.

• These technologies also allow iDimension® Plus XL to read accurately without requiring special attention during positioning: this feature results in process optimisation and a considerable increase in shipments.

• Thanks to the camera, iDimension® Plus XL records an aerial image of the measured object to ensure complete traceability, which is indispensable during disputes over damaged parcels. Available in "4K" version for high resolution colour images (2880 x 2160 pixels).

• Through XML API integration, the image can be shared with the company's IT system, in .bmp or .jpg format.
